The short version
- We don't use website forms. The only way to reach us is by phone.
- We don't use Google Analytics or any other site analytics tool.
- We don't set our own cookies. Google may set ad cookies if you came from one of our ads.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- Most of what we learn about you comes from what you tell us on the phone.
Who we are
This website is run by My Arizona Injury Lawyer ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or call us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you visit this site
Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives basic technical data when your browser loads a page. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for, the time of the request, and the page that sent you here. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and block abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
When you arrive from a Google ad
Our visitors come to us from Google Ads. When you click one of our ads, Google adds a click ID to the web address. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn which ads lead to phone calls. To do this, Google may set or read a cookie in your browser and record that you clicked a call button on our site. We see totals and reports, such as how many calls an ad produced. We do not get your name or browsing history from Google.
When you call us
When you call, we receive your phone number and caller ID name, along with the date, time, and length of the call. We also collect whatever you choose to tell us about yourself and your situation, such as your name, contact details, what happened, your injuries, your medical care, and insurance information.
We may use a call tracking service that shows a unique phone number on this site. This lets us know that your call came from our website and which ad you clicked. The call tracking service processes your call details for us.
Call recording
Calls to our phone line may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and to make sure we capture your information correctly. You will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the person who answers and we will do our best to help you another way.
How we use your information
- To talk with you about your injury and decide whether we can help
- To follow up with you by phone or text about your case review, if you ask us to
- To run and improve our ads, such as learning which ads lead to calls
- To keep this site secure and working
- To meet our legal and professional duties as a law firm
What you tell us on the phone
We treat what you share during an intake call as confidential, in line with the ethics rules that protect people who talk to a law firm about possibly hiring it. That is true even if we do not end up taking your case.
Calling us does not by itself make us your lawyers. See our Disclaimer & Terms for details.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and intake notes as long as we need them to review your case, represent you, or meet our legal and professional record-keeping duties. Hosting and ad data is kept for the periods set by those providers. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
This site uses HTTPS encryption. We limit access to caller information to people who need it to help you. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Some states give residents more privacy rights, and we will honor the rights that apply to you. We may need to keep certain records when the law or our professional duties require it.
To make a request, call us at (623) 260-0235. We will need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If a child was hurt, a parent or guardian should call us on the child's behalf.
Links to other sites
This site links to a few outside sites, such as Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
